Floral Courier - Customer Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
1.1 "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Floral Courier.
1.2 "You", "Your" refers to the customer placing an order with Floral Courier.
1.3 "Booking Form" refers to the digital booking form available via https://floralcourier.zoomcouriersoftware.com/.
1.4 "Services" refers to the collection, transport, and delivery of flowers by Floral Courier.
1.5 "Goods" refers to the flowers or related items being transported.
2. Booking Process
2.1 All bookings must be made via our online booking form available at https://floralcourier.zoomcouriersoftware.com/.
2.2 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.
2.3 By submitting a booking, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Delivery
3.1 We will endeavour to complete all deliveries within the agreed timeframe.
3.2 We cannot be held liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or road closures.
3.3 If we are unable to complete a delivery due to incorrect details provided by you, additional charges may apply.
3.4 It is your responsibility to ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery within the agreed timeframe.
4. Cancellations and Amendments
4.1 You may cancel or amend a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled collection time without incurring a charge.
4.2 Cancellations or amendments made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection time may incur a charge equivalent to the full delivery fee.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment must be made via the booking platform at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
5.2 We reserve the right to withhold delivery if payment is not received or is incomplete.
6. Liability
6.1 We will take all reasonable care to ensure your Goods are handled and delivered safely.
6.2 Our liability for loss or damage to Goods is limited to the value of the Goods or £200, whichever is lower, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.3 We are not liable for loss or damage caused by:
- Insufficient or improper packaging by you or the sender.
- Delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Acts or omissions by you or any third party involved in the delivery process.
7. Complaints
7.1 Any complaints must be submitted in writing to info@floralcourier.com within 48 hours of delivery.
7.2 We will endeavour to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.
8. General
8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website.
